If you can't figure something out, then read over this list of frequently asked questions BEFORE sending an e-mail. Our office receives hundreds of e-mails everyday and if you send one with a question that is already answered on this list I can almost guarantee that you will not get a response.
| Q: | How do I know this isn't a scam? |

| Q: | What proof do you have that your course will work for me? |

| Q: | I was not able to download the book correctly, and/or I lost my copy of the book. How do I get another one? |

| Q: | I received an error when trying to open the book with Adobe Acrobat. What do I need to do? |
| A: | You need to upgrade to the newest version of Adobe Acrobat, which is free to download for both PC and Mac here. If you still have the problem, you need to completely remove/uninstall Adobe Acrobat from your computer, then restart your computer and go download the new version from the link above. |
| Q: | Can you guarantee that I will get out of debt with your program? |
| A: | There is no possible way that I can guarantee you will get out of debt with my course, because many people buy a course like this never even read it, or do not apply the strategies described in it. However, if you DO apply the strategies in the book properly, I DO guarantee you will get out debt FAST!. |
| Q: | What are the details of your money-back guarantee? |
| A: | I offer a 60 day money back guarantee. In order to qualify for a refund, you must show us that you used one or more of the strategies in the book, and that they were unsuccessful for you. First, my staff will do its best to help you. But if we are unable to help, we will refund your purchase. No refunds will be given for any other reason. If you do not put the strategies in action, you do not qualify for a refund. Period. |

Now when you spend $49.95 for something, you make damn sure you actually attempt to use the product. And in order to get out of debt with my course, you WILL need to actually USE my strategies. |
